How to access Webmail
<div align=justify>Web Mail stores the messages for your cPanel email accounts on the mail server. When you want to view some mesage, it will be shown to you (along with the sender, the subject, the date, and the size.). If you delete the message, it gets removed from the server. If you simply view the message but leave it alone, then it stays on the server and can be viewed again in future. This message stays on the server until you delete it. The advantage of Web Mail is that the messages are stored on a server and can be viewed from any computer with a connection to the internet. This is helpful if you want to check messages for your email address from more than one location. On cPanel server you can access webmail in the following ways: * http://yourdomain.com/webmail * http://webmail.yourdomain.com * http://yourdomain.com:2095 * http://yourdomain.com:2096 (secure) Your Webmail login window will look like this: {{#icon: Webmail login.png|Webmail login}} Alternatively you can access Webmail directly from the '''Mail''' section in cPanel. Next to each email account there is the '''Access Webmail''' button. Just enter the password for the email account in question and you'll be able to view your emails. '''Note''': If you are accessing it via a web browser, your Webmail login should be as follows: '''''username''''': ''username@domain.com'' (e.g. ''example@yourdomain.com''), i.e. full email address '''''password''''': the one assigned while creating the mailbox in cPanel You can use Webmail to check messages for every email account listed in your cPanel. '''Note:''' if you use the following Webmail login: '''''username''''': ''your_cPanel_username@yourdomain.com'' '''''password''''': your cPanel password then you are logged into the default mailbox, created by the system. This email address cannot be used for sending/receiving emails. Just create your custom email addresses to access Webmail properly.</div>
