How to fix 403 Forbidden error
<div align=justify>Sometimes you may get '403 forbidden' error when trying to access your site or just some single page there. What is the reason for it? In this article we'll inform you on how to correct 403 error. There are several possible causes for this error and the most common ones are: * Incorrect File Permissions; * invalid directives in .htaccess file; * IP address included in the list of the ones denied access to the site. In order to fix this error from your end try doing the following: * make sure all your account files/folders have proper permissions (i.e. 644 for files and 755 for folders); * rename .htaccess file and re-check the site; * go to your cPanel => IP Deny Manager and check whether your IP is listed there (this may happen when you block access to your site for certain IPs or if there is 'deny from all' line in your .htaccess file). Your IP can be checked at http://query-ip.com/ If you are still getting 403 Forbidden error, contact our support team and we'll assist you further.</div>
