In case you want your site to be database driven you need to create the database for it. This can be done via your cPanel => 'Databases'.

In order to create a new database click on 'MySQL Databases' This will show the list of your existing DBs and will allow you to add a database to that list.

Under the 'New Database' field type the desired DB name and click on 'Create Database'. That's it! Now you have your new database created.
