Firefox users can uncover two Easter eggs exclusive to the browser. The first, The Book of Mozilla, can be seen by directing your browser to "about:Mozilla." The browser's About page is written in the style of apocalyptic literature, like the Bible's Book of Revelation. Each time a new version of Mozilla is released, a new verse appears. The first coincided with the release of Netscape Navigator 1.0 in December 1994. There is a cryptic message behind each verse, and you can read all five verses here.

The second Easter Egg can be found by entering "about:robots" in the navigation bar. A robot greets you, with a message of goodwill and peace. If you look at the Firefox tab, it says "Gort! Klaatu Barada Nikto!," a phrase used by a character in the 1951 movie The Day the Earth Stood Still to deactivate the robot Gort from destroying the planet Earth.

Google also allows you to change your homepage's language. Most can be accessed by adding "webhp?hl=xx-" and the language to the end of Google's URL. Want to change your homepage to pirate language? Enter "www.google.com/webhp?hl=xx-pirate." Other homepage languages include hacker, Pig Latin, Elmer Fudd, Klingon, and The Muppets' Swedish Chef.

As if the motion-based eggs from Google weren't enough, sites unaffiliated with the company started making their own. Type "Google Gravity" in the search bar to see the entire homepage crumble to the bottom of the page. Typing "Epic Google," "Weenie Google," "Google Tronica," and "Google Loco," will also open up respective Easter eggs. Some of these eggs require you to click on the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button.

Yahoo! has an Easter egg of its own hidden on its homepage. Simply click on the exclamation mark in the Yahoo! logo to hear the signature Yahoo! yodel.
